There are at least 3 "stock c3" tire sizes and I'm sure I don't know them all. I'm pretty sure there are no z-rated tires available in either the of the sizes. Go to tirerack.com and put in your info. There are all weather radials available, but no true performance z-rated tires. Also do a search in this forum as there are many threads related.
The easy solution is to go a size smaller on the middle number. If you have 70s, you'd look for a 65 or 60, but then the tire diameter would not be the same as stock meaning your speedometer and odometer would no longer be accurate. The expensive solution is to buy 17"+ rims in which case you can pretty much buy any performance tire you want. Again, search the forum for many threads on rims too.
From: Who says "Nothing is impossible" ? I've been doing nothing for years.
There are none, that's one reason I went to 18 inch rims, I have ZR rated Ultra High Performance Toyo T1R's on it now and it feels like a sports car when I go around corners now
