Default Intake Manifold

Would I be able to fit a Performer RPM Air-Gap intake in my 69' if it has an LT-1 hood? It currently has an LT-1 intake (3972110).

Indicates SB.
Yes, the LT-1 hood is minimum for the SB hi rise intakes. Note that depending on your setup like auto. trans, you may be better off w/ LT-1 intake.

I am using an RPM AIRGAP on my 383 SBC with 1971 LT1 original hood,using the original 3inch drop base Air Cleaner, only have 1/4-1/2" clearance between front of air cleaner and hood.
