Default ????? About VBP ?????

On 9/3 I ordered a power steeroids rack an pinion setup. Two weeks went by so I called the 800 number. Guy told me that they usualy take 3 weeks. Is this normal. They order it from some other company who ships it to them and then they ship it to me. Can I order this front end setup from some one else. Without the wait? It's bad enough I have to go through a middle man once. But twice.

I am getting some pre bent lines from this company as well. They told me it would be about 10-15 days before they ship out. I am still waiting on the lines. I called them earlier in the week and they told me I should have them by the end of next week. I am hoping they are right. If I get them I will let everyone know and I am sure the quality will be fine.

I don't know what the normal wait time is, but don't get in to big a hurry, they are having a redesign issue with one of the brackets. Do a search for member Carpedm, he has the Steeroids and has had a hell of a time getting the bracket thing worked out.

VB&P is a great company - they'll take care of you. If you have too much trouble with an order, call and ask for Pattie, or send her a PM here.

They are little backed up due to the sale. Definitely talk to Pattie. I had some trouble even getting somone to take my order a few weeks ago and emailed Pattie. She had everything straightened out the next day.
