QJet Fuel Issue

At idle, when I shine a flashlight down into the primaries, I should not be able to see fuel being sucked through/dripping down, right??? I checked the needle and it is not stuck open, it moves freely.

You should not see fuel dripping. If you do, make sure you have enough initial advance, back out on the idle mixture screws and lower the idle speed.
