Radiator Leak - Found!

First, my car: '69 4 speed 350 no A/C coupe.
On my drive home I noticed the leak. Today I found out that it wasn't from being over filled. Below the upper hose connection a bunch of fins are mangled, brittle, and white. I topped off the radiator and it was leaking immediately from that area. I didn't even start the car and coolant was dripping out.
So I guess I need a replacement. I read a bunch of old threads and want to make sure I have my ducks in a row. Tell me what I'm missing:
- Dewitt A70M
- Upper and lower hoses
- Clamps
- No expansion/overflow tank (there isn't one now)
Remove shroud and belt driven fan, remove radiator, drop in new radiator (shroud first), attach hoses, fill and go.
Not that it's going to be that easy
but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious, as this will be my first radiator replacement. Thanks

Once you work the bugs out you will enjoy the ride.
The interesting part is that my radiator has a filler neck and no expansion tank, but is not an A/C car. She seemed surprised. I suppose someone may have swapped a different radiator in at some point...
