Default Body Crack

Today I pulled off my front bumper to find out that there is a crack on the front of my fender where the bumper mounts up on the side. The previous owner disconnected the lower bumper support and the lack of support caused this crack. I am trying to decide how I am going to fix this crack so that it doesn't get any worse. Any suggestions?

In order to fix the crack properly and prevent it from reoccurring you have to grind a V on both sides of the crack and fill in the V with resin and fiberglass mat. This should be done on both the back side and front of the crack. Once the resin and fiberglass mat have hardened sand the area smooth and refinish.

Also drill a hole a the end of the crack to stop if from running. Then grind a "V" , fill and repair with fiberglass.
