0 to 60 mph time...
weight: 2.775 lbs
power: 575hp/6.200rpms at the flywheel.
trans: 4 speeds
rear gears: 4.11
also, what would be the importance on the final result of reaction time, i mean in percentage over the car figures...
thanks

Speaking about these accelerometers, are they accurate enough to invest $250 on one of them?? I've been asking myself that question since I first heard about them!
They work well enough for basic 0-60ft, 1/4 mile ET and speed functions. If you enter the mass of the vehicle it will also estimate HP.
times are reasonably accurate (within 0.2 seconds), and speed (1/4 mile) is within 3 mph compared to track results i have obtained.

I want to know now how many seconds i'd be faster then them

your car has a good HP per pound ratio so you should have a good acceleration rate -If you can get traction

anyway one of these days i'll make a proper measurement, with a pro hardware, just for curiosity.

the above vid shows a fast start but not at wot, i released the clutch at about 3.000rpms and in first i didnt even go over 4.000rpms, second around 5.000rpms and in third i was already after the first bend approching a sharp bend so i couldnt go further high anyway...

In this second vid i have a good start, without been too hard on each gear, without power shifting and slowing down approching the quartermile which is right where you can see the blue street signal on the right just before the vid finishes, all in 11 sec, i believe if i did it on a race track, power shifting and getting to redline on each gear i'd be around 10 sec easy...
what do you think?

First off I would say that you are not shifting at much over 6000 rpm. rolling starts are not a good indication of standing start 1/4 miles.
1/4 mile times are made with good weight x-fer like Oliver and his wheel standing Grand sport. They plant the tires and go.
When i went to the 420+ pound rear spring with 3/4 sway and smart struts even with slicks and higher power my 60 foot times were never that good. I have a bunch time slips with 1.74 - 1.80. Road racing suspension just doesn't put the power down.
I went to the all Corvette drags with my 383 and only had 11.70's Your 406 with more TQ & hp would end up with a higher MPH .
You have a nice machine and brag about your road racing
Those roads with rock walls you race on scare me
I've raced on street courses with cement barriers or like our Sears point race way and the gaurd rails could mean the end of your car. Big gravel traps are for me.Good luck! I'm going QA-1 coil over and additional caging this winter with better brakes.
Gkull, having already the single adj QA1 shoks, is it possibly to get rid of the FG front and rear spring and swap for a coilover application? i've been thinking to go the coilover way but i dont want to dump my QA1 altogether, infact those who buil coilovers claim that new QA1 would be needed, i dont see the point here...any web address to check?
on both vids i change gear below 6.000rpms, specially the one on the motorway was nearly a fast cruise start and it was from standing, only my unexperienced (in vid) son started filming after i went, on the second vid also, there is a tricky bend turning right just after started and there the car nearly lost control last year...tarmac was crap anyway, and yes the rocks around scare the s$$t out of me too but when you go you can only see front of your nose and the people screaming 'GO GO!!! at 2 mtrs from the side of your car...

.
No, well, with i'd say 5 to 6 ltrs of gas in the tank...more or less.
I've done quite a lot, i'll post a full detail later on

did you check the weight savings front/rear? comparing with trnasverse front monospring and rear monospring? thanks
