If I want to run all 4 headlamps all the time (halogen), can the high beam be successfully reaimed, or do I need to PU two matching low beams and align those??
You guys are going to have everyone you meet on the road wanting to kill you leaving all of those lights on.
They are not aimed high like high beams. The pair of them are just about as bright, if not less, than HID headlights you see on luxury cars.
Now, yes, you are right, if the inside lights were aimed high then I could see some people getting pissed off.
Once I had mine working I tested the aiming with the Vette behind my Durango and the headlights on. I got in the Durango, and checked the mirror. Nothing direct.

Thanks all !!
1) the inside lights are hi-only, they'd have to be swapped over to hi/lo bulbs.
2) see below.

H4 bulbs have a shield which keeps light out of the eyes of incoming drivers. I wouldn't run four bulbs, even on lo, without it. You'd have some seriously annoyed drivers around you. I want to club the morons who never turn off their fog lights.
