Default Flush now or later

I am getting ready to put in a new Dewitts radiator in my 77. I flushed the engine once about three years ago, not sure when it was done before that. So the question is - should I flush it now with the 30 year old radiator in it and possibly get some radiator crud in the engine or flush it after I install the new radiator and possibly get some engine crud in the the new radiator?

Flush now for sure, but make sure if you use a chemical to very thoroughly wash out with water so nothing is left to circulate around when the DeWitts is installed.

Also, make sure when you fill the system after the DeWitts is installed that you use only distilled water.
