Default Holley Float Adjustment Question...

Ok, I have three books on Holley carbs and all three show you how to adjust the bowl level but none of them tell you which way to turn the nut to raise or lower it. I used to know but it has been awhile. I am trying to adjust my secondary bowl and for obvious reasons at idle, changes to the level as you turn the nut do not immdiately impact the level.

I think clock wise lowers it.

I will write it down on the wall this time

thanks

you are correct .clock wise lowers it since as you turning it in the needle forces the bowl down.
