'68 shoulder harness option A85
I'm the happy owner of a '68 cab with lap belt only and had some discussions with my mechanics regarding the option to mount the shoulder harness.
There is the Ecklers parts:
http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...3&dept_id=1707
but is the rigth stuff and do they fit in a cab?
how did it originally come? anybody got any pics of the original A85-option? or any knowledge on this? (have read the previous treads...)
best regards
Bo

I don't have a definite answer for you but I would recommend staying away from Ecklers. The quality of their parts and service has deteriorated substantially during the past couple of years. Just a heads up.

Get the Assembly Instruction Manual for your year car. It will have diagrams on how each component is put together.

They are replacements, not original in any way.
Here is a real set with the holders.
