Default VB&P C3 kit install procedure

I recently purchased the C3 brake kit, master cylinder and new stainless lines from VB&P and I've been doing some research on bumping up to the C5 brakes (thanks in large part to some recent posts) although I was advised against because of a backspacing issue.

Since I have never taken a brake system out from top to bottom I have some basic questions. My initial question is on procedure to install the kit. For example, should I take off all the lines and replace first and then put on the rotors and calipers and install the master cylinder last? I should then open the bleeders and let gravity do it's job before going back and bleeding each individually? This seems to be the most logical to me but, again, I've never done it before.

Also, anything else I should be on the lookout for on a C3?

This couldn't really be more opened ended, sorry. Any opinions would be helpful. Thanks.

I will let others comment on the sequencing and bleeding procedure. But, I would definitely recommend that you invest in a flare wrench set. You don't want to round off the fittings on any of the brake lines. And, those brake line fittings are on there *very* tight. A complete set (usually 4 wrenches) is not very expensive (approx. $15) and available at your local Pep Boys, etc.
