OK, I'm in the last stages of reassembling the front suspension and I can't find a torque anywhere. Either I'm looking for the wrong thing or it doesn't exist in the GM Shop/Service Manual, Overhall Manual, AIM, Chiltons, or Haynes manuals.
What are the torque values for the 3 bolts that pass through the dust brake shield? The top one is a large bolt that locks into the face of the wheel arm and is held in place with the locking tabs in the dust shield. The bottom two pass through the dust shield, steering arm and on the front side the caliper mount.
I pulled it all apart to bead blast and paint. Now I can't find the torque value. Maybe I'm just looking for the wrong thing in the manual?
