so as you all surely remember I wrecked my 72 350 4spd coupe on my birthday back in september... a generous friend donated his original radiator and add on electric fan setup from his 72 350 auto coupe. Problem is is that the shop just called and said the radiator is too thick and won't work.... was there a difference in the mounting brackets or what... are they pulling my leg? Surely someone has dealt with this before...
it's not....first I'd have the shop define "too thick". Does that mean the U brackets are spaced out correctly but won't fit over the radiator? Or does it mean the new radiator is longer?

I'm going to go by the shop first chance I get, Wednesday, and look at what they are trying to say. Tom... I'm probably just going to end up getting a new aluminum direct fit from you.... it's what I wanted anyways...
