Default rear brake calipers

I disconnected the emergency brake cable and tapped the lever back to release the emer brakes completely and still cant get the rotors to move.I think this is the first time these are coming off the car.I tried hitting them hard they dont budge.what else can I do?the just slide on dont they?

oh crap there are rivets?to me it looks like the emergency brake drum is bolted to the rotor from the inside.they dont come off together?

The round disk things between the studs are the rivets and once you drill them out, the rotor will separate from the hub. And yes the drum for the ebrake is the rotor hat.

The e-brake drum IS the rotor.
