MY L98 setup was installed in '95 or so, works great, but watch the wiring issues, or get an aftermarket harness, the grounds are critical, the thing will run, but not well with out using individual wires for each computer ground, to the engine block...
Yeah, the proflo intake was ported and welded for some more material, to match it with the AFR 210 ports. The machine shop said it should flow enough for 600 hp as did Edelbrock, no way to tell till I get done tuning it though. Motor won't put that out anyway.
There's a guy here that pointed out that the current search feature won't work correctly with queries below 4 letters.

There are a couple of good books discussing junkyard EFI swaps. Might as well take advantage of several zillion dollars of GM engineering - and about a zillion hours of garage tinkerers modifying them.
Nope, that doesn't work either when searching archives, no match.
Besides, that's 2 three letter words.
Two 3 letter words satifies the 3 character minimum. I put in "efi efi" and got 192 hits from the archive in the C3 forum alone. Are you using advanced search?
This is what I did tonight exactly, I click on the search drop down button, click on the bottom for the advanced search option. A new page opens where I type in "EFI EFI", directly below that I select "search entire posts". I move to the bottom and uncheck the current and check the archives boxes, I then move to the right and select c3 Tech/performance and hit search and get a "sorry - no match..."
Then I try different combinations of having the current/archive boxes checked along with the search titles/entire posts and I start getting more results still querying the C3 tech/performance section, 143 results at the most.
I then go back to my original search criteria and I now get 143 results . It's as if my laptop is not sending the request that I typed in the search box in the first attempt, as if what was sent is being received corrupted.
I've been using the search function ever since I joined with no problems. I usually visit the forum from the same laptop, I may have an equipment problem.
Thanks for the input, maybe I will try to put one together, can't justify dropping 3 grand. I have already put way more money into it than ever planned.

I think the Corvette Fever TBI install cost less than $200. I wish I could remember which issue the article was printed in.
