Who has installed side mount hedders ?
Visiting from C2 Forum, I have a 1966 , 427 I run ocasionally at New England Dragway On Oldies Day......... 13.08 best ET so far, have stock factory side exhaust & no hedders..........
anyways have been contiplating installing side mount hedders W the oem stle side exhaust ...will take factory set/up off & store ( reinstall when selling in about 20 years)
not much interest with hot rodding on the C2 site , so wondering who has installed side mount hedders & recomendations.........
I have owned my 66 since 1994 & has vintage 1966 L72 with a few mods........... want to get into the 12s, The Dog

You want more power go to the Hooker sidepipes and tubes with Maxflow inserts or Spiral turbo baffles. The stock side exhaust is very restrictive even with headers. If you need performance info this is the place.

Welome to C3! I also own a C2 but rarely post there. A lot of the NCRS C2 guys get nauseous when they see my 63. You want more power go to the Hooker sidepipes and tubes with Maxflow inserts or Spiral turbo baffles. The stock side exhaust is very restrictive even with headers. go with the hookers but get the stainless steel ones the chrome ones rust after afew years
