Throttle Cable Question
My throttle cable inner core is emerging from the plastic (?) outer sleeve (Not the actual cable, the wound wire core the cable rides in). 
I have an Edlebrock performer carb, not sure if the cable is original or not. My question is, what length to order? I have a '78 L-82 with auto trans. Jegs and summit both show several available lengths.
Any feebdack would be appreciated.

My 78 is doing the same thing. I ordered a new one from Mid America, its the stock replacement cable. I didnt know they had two lengths... they only mentioned the one for mine.
