81 A/c
with the engine running and the A/C turned on, check for power at the low pressure cycling switch which you can find by following the wire back from the compressor - it is part of the freon line. If there is power on just one side then the switch is faulty or you are low on freon. If there is power on both sides of the switch then check for power at the coil on the compressor. If there is power at the coil and it isnt kicking in it is faulty, and if there is no power at the coil then check the line from the switch.
Post what you find and if it is something else we will figure it out!
Cheers,
Brett.
Checked levels they seem ok, I have power to all switches I dont understand the coil at the compressor I just have two wires going into the compressor behind the pully and they are both hot. I did replace the blower cut out and tried the old one still nothing also replced fan switch on the console it was just getting old and the original got to where it would blow on just two settings. Still not blowing inside.
