I am putting together my first 4 bolts 383 to stroker engine (complete Eagle forged kit, H beam piston arms, Patriot heads, Crosswind intake manifold, hydraulics Comp Cams lifters, Comp Crane roller rocker ) and I bought ARP nuts and bolts for all internal and external parts of the engine. Is there anybody who knows a single reference I can use concerning the required torque for every parts internal and external ?

ARP recommends drastically different torques depending on what lube/sealer you are using on the threads (oil, molyd, silicone, arp sealer, arp lube)
I always use the torque specs they recommend and not the oem. Their torques should be on the boxes.
Recommend using their lube too (similar to molyd)

Be absolutly sure every thread is clean. Good to have a tap or thread cleaner prior to screwing anything in. Even new, recently dipped or cleaned parts have dirty holes. Dont want to break off an arp bolt. You cant drill them out.. Dirty holes. ...
