I installed a Transmission cooler this weekend which involves rerouting the return line to the new transmission cooler and then back to the transmission. I bought the smallest cooler that Advanced Auto sold but when I was reading the instructions I noticed that there is an application which completly bypasses the Radiator. The instructions indicated that if you select this method then you would need to go with a larger Transmission cooler. I was just wondering if it is possible to have the transmission fluid too cool. Seems that that method could potientally cause the transmission to be too cool. Just wondering if anyone had any opinions....
Thanks.

The closer to 150 degrees your auto tranny is the longer it will last. I don't think that it gets cold enough in NC to worry about over cooling. I used the biggest B&M cooler with 1/2 inch lines on my 700R4
