Default ugly engine hoist brackets

I would like some nice looking, functional engine hoist brackets to mount and leave on the engine. Can't find anything like this. Anybody got some and where did you get them? Maybe something in stainless?

I usually just take them off for a cleaner look, but have seen them chromed a couple of times. SS would look good too

Sorry, I can't help with a better looking bracket. I just don't even use the brackets. I usually bolt the chains to the cylinder heads or use a carb plate.

Years ago I wanted to keep the hoist brackets for an engine so I had the stock GM ones chromed which really set them off. However, I prefer to leave them off these days for a cleaner look.

Just dead weight after the engine is in. What's the point?

The fuel log and nitrous stuff has to be removed and installed to put the brackets on and off. I really don't want to bolt the chain to the AFR heads and a carb plate is not my choice to pull and install the engine, just looks pretty weak and can't take the chance of a bolt hole stripping or manifold breaking (hand ported tripower). An attractive, functional bracket would be my best option. The stock ones are pretty ugly and chrome against aluminum isn't a good combination either (corrosion). Just thought someone might have seen something that meets the need.

Try the marine parts sellers.
Lots of polished stainless/aluminum harware.
Try this link and search "lifting":

You know, it's not a Ford. You probably won't ever need them again!
