Default vac testing need imput

I'm checking the vacuum pressure on a 350 L82 and am looking for someone who knows what the proper readings should be. This is what I have Front of manifold 15inHg, 8 at the back end of pvc valve, 10.5 at back of manifold, and 10 at headlight inlet.

I'm not the expert. Attached is a site that has some information on it since no one else has hit you up yet. Scroll down the site and there are some pdf articles on vacuum and carb tuning there. Might help. sorry I can't be more specific.
