427 Emblems are on!
Ok, I'm still block sanding the hood, but I had to get the 427 emblems in place.
Thanks to ssilvervetteman I made a template and placed the emblems on. I know they look a little high, I did them L88 style, since this is an aftermarket hood that has the BB hood look, but a near L88 hood height.
I think it looks great. Tomorrow I'm going to start a process of priming it using two different colors of spray primer. This way I can see where the high and low spots are when I'm block sanding it. I'm going to use thin enough coats and sand it down enough so that the painter can use his own primer to match the paint that he's going to use.
