Default Bleeder stem

Finally got my rear end bk together after fighting with my struts.Thanks to Van Steel I got em in.Now as I was going to bleed my brakes of course I snaped my bleeder stem.Is there a easy way to get the rest of it out?I was thinking of useing an easy out but think its 2 small?Ant help please.

If you can get PB Blaster in your area try spraying it on the bleeder daily for several days. After that an Easy-Out might be able to loosen it. If not, start with a drill that's a little bigger than the hole in the bleeder and keep increasing the drill sizes until you get almost to the outer size of the bleeder. At that point you should be able to take a punch and collapse the remaining part of the bleeder and get it out.

If you don't want to go through all that trouble, you can get a caliper at places like Autozone for ~$50.00.

Use a left hand cutting drill. The drill may help to unscrew the bleeder.

And if you end up drilling larger than the threads and too deep damaging the seat, then Napa sells a repair kit (BF117). Good Luck.
