'80 diff upgrade

'80 diff upgrade
I understand the "standard" transmission drive train used larger bolts for the universal joint straps than the "automatic" transmission equiped 1980 Vettes.
Since I'm going back with a 383 & 700r4 in my project Vette (mobile money pit), I was thinking I should change out the diff yokes, drive shaft ends and half shafts to the standard transmission types?
Anyone done this kind of "upgrade"? Have I missed anything here? TA endcaps & half shafts are easy to change out and I'm not sure about the diff yokes yet.
Thoughts or reccommendations anyone?
