And now, for something completely different...
I was going thru some pics, and I found these. This is my uncle's car. It is an '87 Monte Carlo. He bought an engine from a '95 Corvette (on topic!), and put it in. He also put in a 200R4 trans and a Ford 9 inch rear with 4.10 gears. It also has a full set of digital gauges. This is an extremely streetable car. The a/c and cruise both work and he has driven it from Michigan to Texas several times. The engine is not stock, it has a Lunati cam (can't remember the specs off hand) an MSD box and some other goodies.

Finally a 80's SS with a real engine. :cool:
other wise these were eaten as a snack by me and my friends when in high school.....considered rich kids cars......schooled em time and again. :jester
