Can someone help me id these heads and tell me if they are worth reusing. Casting #: 3991492

I am not the head expert. Since they are pre 74, They may not have the hardened valve seats (leaded gas). At least I can bump it up for someone else to take a shot at.

That is an over the counter GM "service replacement" for the special high performance engines. This is essentialy the best factory replacement piece that most closely resembles what they used in the 1970 LT-1 engine. If you have them already I would definately use them. You can find more modern combustion chambers and bigger flow numbers in aftermarket heads but if you already have them it is hard to beat the price. They have 64cc chambers, big valves, screw-in studs, guideplates, etc. All the good stuff.
