Body is off
Hey all
The body is off. I will finish getting the replacement frame down to bare metal and a couple of coats of epoxy Black on it today. I will post some pic`s soon I tryed to upgrade to Win 2000. And it failed Now I must format the whole C:/ drive. Plus my camera software is not compatable w? win2000. By the way I seen some discussion on frames and seen some were paying an awful lot for them. I paid $350.00 for mine and had it shipped from Norfolk to orlando for $82.29. (Dock pickup).
I got it from Corvette Masters in VA beach. If anyone wants info I`ll find his e-mail and phone number and post it. I am very satisfied with the frame I got from him.

No it was not a new frame all the new ones cost around $3800.00 or more. Mine came from a parted out 78 that had an engine fire. I am using DC-2 de-greaser and a nylon paint stipping wheel on my drill and it is going down to bare metal with ease. Tom Payne at Corvette Masters parts out corvettes. He is very reasonable on most parts. I have his contact info on my work pc. I will post it Thursday, thats when I go back to work.

Howdy neighbor, We live in the same county, Im in Merritt Island. I swear I have seen that car before. I used to work for the mattress barn, I think i may have driven by it in your driveway a couple of years ago. Later Tom :chevy
