speedo
in behind my dash the speedo has started ticking. if im going slow the ticking noise is slow . if im driving faster it clicks faster. whats in behind there. im assuming just a cable . is it an easy fix?

Like Jud said, I would try to lube it first.
You can pull the cable out from the speedo head end for sure. I did that several months ago and lubed the cable. You have to turn it so it fits back in to the tranny when replacing it, g Like I said, I lubed mine but it did not work, I ended up replacing it. That's not to difficult either, the hardest part for me was disconnecting it from the Speedo head but can be done by reaching up under the dash and pressing on the top "tab" of the cable at the speedo head. A new cable was about $10.00. Good luck,
