1980 Wiper Problem - Won't stop
When I start my car, my windshield wiper on my 1980 Vette won't stop running. It's not the motor. The motor is new. I thought it was the switch and replaced it, but still have the same problem. Although, sometimes when I turn off the ignition and switch it back on, it may stop...and at other times doesn't. 
1. Could it be a relay?
2. Whereabouts can I locate the relay in the vette to remove and replace?
3. Any one know the part number?

Wiper Relay
It is in the jack compartment, up against the back of seat (inside compartment). I will send you PM with contact info for a CF member that greatly helped me out with relay problem, as those are not manufactured anymore and have to be fixed (if the relay is your problem).

yup sounds like the wiper controller. There is a circuit that turns the wipers on for a few sweeps when the washer pump is started. The transistor for that circuit sometimes shorts out. If you are handy with a soldering iron I can walk you through, or, you can send the wiper controller to me to fix.
