Looks like on a mild 350 you get a 50hp increase up top and a 40ftlbs of torque down low.
I would guess it would fit most small block heads. They don't have it available for BBC yet. FAQ sections list the engines it is available for.
For those that don't know what this does. It changes your rocker ratio,1.1:1 to 1.7:1, as your rpm changes keeping you at peak torque through out the rpm band. Pretty neat concept, similar to the Honda VTECH engines. On their test small block it keeps at least 305 ftlbs of tq all the way between 1500 and 5500rpm.
