Default Horn Insulator Install

I am putting my horn column parts back together [77 tilt/tele] and I know the spring goes in first what I am lost on is which way the pin goes in and how that black plastic insulator goes. I looked at Jim's papers but the pic was not much help. Thanks for the help.

The way I look at it in the manual. The spring guide goes in first. Then the spring. The little black retainer last. The retainer is a push down and turn so the tab locks into the slot in the canceling cam hole.
