Any one ever try to make a different wiper switch
fit in a 1977 in place of the one they only used for one year.... At least I have found 1977 new repo switch for only $140. Cheaper than the used one one place had.

I was thinking about this. Any 3 way switch would do, I would love to get more speeds but that requires a different motor; then again I don't plan on driving it in the rain unless I'm caught out on the road. Thats one of the restrictions to HP and wet roads.

Thanks for all the replies... I found a used one for only 250 dollars, a new one from zip for 139.95.. but the best news... when I go home.. I took my flash light looking in side the little square opening.. and wiggled the turn signal arm.. and in doing so, I pushed it thinking maybe it's just loose and it moved in about 1/4 or 1/2 inch snapping back in place with no wobbly turn signal and everything works.. well, the speedo is still broke,,, but i doubt wiggling is the corrective action for it.... i think if i remove the ac duct, i might can actually see the back of the speedo..
