I had to put my sunglasses on to view the pics in this thread.

Some incredible engine compartments.

Nice work!

Ozzy Tom's is interesting with the MC and AC all flipped around, that would take a lot of work converting to right hand drive

i have an 82, but don't wanna get into taking everything apart. (couldn't do it anyway)
its just a driver, but it could use some cleaning.

thanks

Damn, me too, and I didn't even have that on my short-list. But they sure do look nice.

Not even sure I would know where to start. Rub down some hoses to clean them? Paint? I was happy to get the oil changed

Is that an emission sticker just in front of the driver, toward the rear of the engine bay? I have an 82 that is missing a sticker there; am guessing that's what it is.

Thanks, Mark

Mark
yes, it's an emissions sticker plus it also has info on factory timing settings, etc

Not that mine will ever rise to the NCRS top-flight or anything, but I am trying to keep/restore to mostly original. Need to get one of those stickers.

Thanks,
Mark

mine is still the original factory sticker but I'd venture a guess that most of the parts vendors have them.
I know Doc Rebuild has them listed in his catalog - depending on the year and motor of your car they run $5.00-$15.00
