Looking for a C3
Do you guys know of any way to locate a car with no vin#? I am looking for my dads 1969 Corvette. It was sold at Carl Cannon Chevrolet in Jasper, Al. I have no window sticker, insurance cards, or the last known owner. Thus far it has been difficlut to get info on it. I am open to suggestions.

Have you tried contacting Carl Canon Chev? While I doubt they would provide info as to who the car was sold to, but you never know. I would think they'd have the VIN on file for tax and other reasons. The only thing I can think of is to start with the last known sale, find out who the car was sold to and continue to work forward to the current owner. Even if you had the VIN, this will be a tough job.
