Default Heater not working :(

Hi my name is Anton and i´m i proud owner of 1981 model of Corvette
here is one pics for you.

My problem is that my Heater is working wierd.. he only works at the highest level and i think that he takes the air always from the inside of the car ???? Should i buy new blower switch or does anybody know what to do ?

Does anybody have the drawings of the Vacum system in 1981 Corvette for me ??

Nice car!! I realy like the picture,, I'm not familiar with the vent system somebody here can help you out for sure,, but as for the fan switch, its a common GM problem, they seem to to do this very often.

I think it is the resistor under the hood on the top of the heater box...most of the time when the resistor goes it works only on High position.

Welcome aboard Anton, Nice car.

Here is the documentation you need. This is the electrical stuff for AC and Heat. I have notes on there to make it easier to understand if your not quite proficient with electrical stuff.

Here is the vac control stuff, looks like I need to edit it too, but you should be able to figure it out from there.
You have 2 seperate issues, work them one at a time. The fan is all electrical, look at the plug on the resistor pack on the firewall next to the high speed relay. More than likely the problem is there. Check for voltage on the Blu, Tan and Brown wires for the first 3 speeds. The red will be hot since you already know the fan works on High.
Verify that the ground wire is connected at the firewall stud and that it is connected to the motor.
For the Vac section, there is a door on the passenger side and a flapper behind the roght fender outboard of the wiper tray. Sounds like it is closed all the time, check to see if it is moving.

Good Luck
