Finally got my 1969 corvette on the road only to have rear end trouble now have popping noise,jacked up checking it out,have side yoke end play more on the left looks like I'll end up pulling differential.Who do you guys recommend to rebuild unit?Wish I had knew this when I had the trailing arms out to have rebuilt,this is my 1st corvette seems I've had to work on every part on it,but I steel love it,these Corvette's must get in your blood,along with your bank actt.

I had the same problem on my 77, If your lucky like i was there isnt really much damage, if you drop your rear end and open the back cover, there is a snap ring and the end of each yoke on the inside of the Diff. I had a busted snap ring on mine and after i replaced it, the pop was gone.
