Heat and Air contol Switch
I have my oringle controls. Number oone the top control is busted off, ie, the air to heat to def and such. And the second one (cool to heat) don't work.
Couple of Questions:
1. The cool to heat. It looks like it used a simple control cable. There is a cable in there and it currently goes nowhere. IS this for this slider? It controls some kind of door under the passenger dash.
2. Can I just get a new control arm and metal clip for the First one?
3. Anyone know where I can get a good diagram for this?

I have a 78 unit .. i remember ordering one from corvette america .. got the wrong one .. mid america or eklers should be able to get them for you .. they also sell the whole control unit now for $170 .. i'm missing one arm too, will get it later .. :)
