Yes, good deal. You'll need a shifter kit so you have the extra detent position, you'll need a lockup relay wiring kit and a lock up converter, and maybe a TV kit.
You can get everything you need from Bowtie Overdrives out of California.

Hard job to install ? Do I need to remove all the engine or I can do it under the car ?

You can do it from under the car with the engine in place. It's about as difficult as any transmission swap would be since you get to keep your stock drive shaft.
While not a horrible deal, I'd be hesitant to pay that much for a Caprice 2004R, even with the low miles. Every trans builder I have ever talked to said the non-HP valve bodies were junk for anything but a grocery getter; the good ones come out of Monte Carlo SS, Buick Gn/TType,and 442s 84-87. I paid about $600 for one a little over a year ago, freshly rebuilt (no core) with a reman convertor. You can get a TV cable from Lokar or GM. Holley makes lots of goodies (brackets, etc) for hooking it up. I got the lockup kit from TCI.
Pretty easy job. You will need the shifter kit, its about $90. The TV cable is about $25 or so, I got a 2200 converter for $200. You will need to modify the crossmember or get a new one. You don't need the wireing kit since the 81 had the wireing already in there.
If anyone is looking for a 200 to rebuild I have an OZ unit out of a 442 that needs rebuild for sale. I originally purchased to rebuild and install in my 71 but have since purchased a TCI unit. I payed 200 for it and would take 200 for it. I also have a 4500 stall convertor that I would also let go for 200.

I just did my 1980 last winter - It was my first time ever removing and installing a transmission. I had no special tools and just took my time to take notes of the order of removal so install was easy.
You will need to get the car about 17 or 18 inches off the ground from the frame. Slide the bell housing thru the wheel well. And one thing I did was cut a board about 20X20 inches and greased it up to place under the trans and also used a 1x6 (greased) to slide the trans out from under the car.
Use the square piece on the jack and the 1x6 to slide it out
I think someone on the forum told me that trick.

In Quebec, Its not easy to find good deal.. And If I buy from US, its going to cost me 200$ with shipping and custom.
One of these days I've got to see what happens when I go thru the boarder with car parts in the bed of my truck. I go to the duty free store on Interstate 91 to get Cognac every few months and visit family in Sherbrook. Always have crap in the bed never a problem.

BTO has the TV cable and other options that you'll need.

My remove/replace was about 4 hours and plenty of brewskies. However, ensuring I'd done everything BTO recommended took more time.

I'm spoiled here in GA I guess...there are a couple of "Pull-A-Part" yeards here, and I can walk in and pull any RWD transmission for about $50. Tons of TH2004Rs, TH700R4s, and of course TH350s and TH400s. Maybe I should start pulling them and selling them...
Sounds good to me, but like someone stated earlier which 200r4s are you planning on getting? I think their are plenty on "fleabay" that are from GN's 500 HP ready for about 600$ w 12/12000 warr.
