Default C3 wheels
I know C3 wheels have a 5x4.75 bolt pattern and 4" back spacing, but what is the offset for these?

I may be wrong but "back spacing" is the old school (or maybe new school) term for offset. I believe they are one in the same.

The 69 and up Ralley's are 8 inches wide with 4 inch backspace so zero offset.

What he said.

Offset is the new school term, but it's slightly different. Backspacing is from the outside, offset is from the centerline of the rim. So, for ralley's it's 0.
