in-line fuel filter
am making a new dressup on my engine and i want to hear from experts what is the best looking inline filter

Don't buy the glass inline filters. They are a fire hazard waiting to happen.

i have the original carb but soon i have to make a complete dressup on my engine all chrome and i was think on ederbrock filters on my 77

the normal filter is ok on the Q jet.maybe you should just polish the fuel line. does it have the solid steel line going to it from the fuel pump?

As easy as they are to strip the housing, I usually remove them first thing and use a good inline filter.

The early C3's had nice looking plated (white cad, tin?) cannister filter mounted in front of the engine. It about three inches tall and perhaps two inches in diameter. Have a look at a Paragon or Dr Rebuild catalog.
