I ran a thread about not having any eletrical power any where in my car. I was told to replaces the fusible links. I was told there are 2 connecting to the starter. Where are the rest of the fusible links located on a 78 vette L82?

The 2 in the harness to the starter, then one not too far from the horn relay. I don't have a 78 print in front of me, but that's the usual spots.

Check the fusible links before you change them. When they blow, they interrupt the circuit(the wire actually melts). Odds are that you fried the links at the starter, the other ones are not burnt. You may have one at the alternator and possibly firewall at the fuse panel location.

Search forum member "papawana". He is giving electrical schematics to those who provide e-mail address.
