tach issues !!!

my 76 is having tach issues it was not working staying at 500 rpm. I removed old tach curciut board that was burnt with a new board from mid america motorworks i installed it and it zeros out but wont work I do have a new tach filter that Im installing but problem persist not working. anybody have any ideasor tests

Get in touch with ACECO here on the board. He fixed the electronic tach in my 79. It was reading way high and now reads correct.
