Loosen the two locknuts and turn the adjuster rod. If the tires are in at the top you want to shorten the rods some. Once you have adjusted them roll the car back and forth a few times and recheck the camber of the wheel. You should be able to get it pretty close just doing this by eye. Don't forget to lock the locknuts back down or they will loosen on the trip to the shop.

No there are two nuts on the strut rods. Loosen them and the rod will turn. Run them out against the tube and tighten them back down after the adjustment is made.

I did an adjustment with a level and didn't have to go to the alignment show. Just crank about 1/2 degree negative and you're good to go.
Before:

Cut a piece of wood same length as the wheel rim

After:

Now, if you replaced ball joints or TR ends, that's a different story.

You are actually running positive camber by your pictures. Negative is having the wheel tilt in at the top. You do want to have slight negative camber on a stock suspension.

You are right about the level. You can come real close with a good level.

First shot is the before . Last shot is the after. You can't tell from the camera angle, but it's a bit negative that I judged to be about 1/2 degree (as the crow flies).

ps. nice set-up you got with your car there buddy!

You'll have to probably do it 3 times (I did) to get it right. Do it, drive around a bit, pull it into the garage and check it again. It'll settle after you drive it.
