I have no horn installed so I need to find a replacement.
A good universal quality sharp looking piece is fine with me. Doesnt need to be vette specific.
I tried searching but wasnt sure what type I needed as I saw High/Low notes, A, F, C notes, etc.
All I have right now is the button and pieces behind it but nothing else. I would need to wire it up and unsure how to do that as well, would I need a relay?
I bought an A and a C and a relay at O'Reillys. The horns were 10 bucks apiece and you could select A, B, or C individually. The relay was around 5 bucks. Mine was already wired but the parts had been removed from the steering wheel. I bought the contact repair kit from Volvette and replaced the relay and horns. All is well. The O'Reilly's horns mount with the same connections and bolts as the originals I took out.
I got a set- 1 hi and 1 low, at Pep Boys. They are black, mount the same, and almost duplicate the C3 OEM horns. One difference- they're about $40 cheaper.
I never thought to try O'Reillys or Pep Boys. That's good info!!! Both of mine are dead. I verified the voltage and ground at the horns, so I need to replace both horns. I was waiting to spend the $120 . . . always seems to be something else I need. At $20, I'll be installing next week.
I had someone almost hit me the other day. Since the horns don't work, all I could do was yell. I guess my exhaust was too loud for him to here me

Another O'Reilly horn user checking in. I think mine are the "Highway Blasters". Supposed to be louder than stock. I don't give a hoot. I needed horns to pass inspection and the price was much nicer for two than for just one from a resto company.
Funny, I stopped off at Oreillys today and picked up high and low tone ones. The I saw the replies so looks like a good choice. Ill post up how it turns out.
Maybe even take a pic or two
