Default Front Suspension Repair - Looking for help

Had a nice day today so I washed out the empty engine bay and did some inspection (engine goes back in a month or so). I found a problem with the right lower control arm mount. The bar that the bushings bolt into was bent when I got the car and I replaced it with a new control arm and bar. Unfortunately I didn't investigate the cause.

It turns out the bracket was re-welded and done so improperly. Here is a picture

The bar the holds the control arm is sitting about a 1/4" off the frame below (should be flush) because that bracket was not welded on properly. I plan to compress the spring some and cut the weld out and re-weld it correctly. The should bring the control arms back into level (checking the level of the arms is how I found the problem).

My concern is aligning that bar in the proper orientation. I am hoping that someone can give me two measurements. One between the two front control arm bolts and another between the two rear bolts. Given the one is attached correctly, these two dimensions will allow me to properly orient the other one.

I found another goody as well. at least half (inner side and top) of the weld between the main frame member on that same side was missing, I assume from the factory. Instead of fixing it, they covered it with undercoating. Here is a picture. I will just run a bead on this.
