Not sure if it is true or not but I heard that such a law was incacted to prevent the dreaded overspill polution. IE a " trained" attendant will not over fill your tank and spill gas out onto the pavement and therefor contaminate the local water supply. So goes the theory :sleep: Bored legislators sounds like to me.

man....I could see someone taking there car there and then coming back with lawsuit papers in hand claiming that the over-spill (actually old age peeling/faded paint) on their $10,000 (actually $2000) paint job !
and wanting the whole car painted to match the touch up !

Let me tell you all something. I have been friends with Pat for over 20 years and if Pat did not have bad luck (with his car) he would not have any luck at all :D By the way lets not get into his mail ordering problems. LOL :lol:
thanks alot mark.....friends like you who needs enemys :D :jester :jester someday my luck well turn around.a little update i got water out by siphoning it out and changed fuel filters drained carb. out and added a ton of isopropyl alcohol to it and its getting better now the miss seems to come and go so it must betrying to burn it..bad news it was frozen this morning.
