convertible top tack strip
the original top rear bow tack strip is 1/2"x 9/16". all the replacements are 1/2x1/2. has anyone else had this problem? if so what did you use?
i don't want my new top to become a sail !

I did mine about a year ago, and I didn't notice any difference, but then again, I didn't measure either.
Which way is 9/16"? If it is the height, shim underneath it to raise it up if needed. If it is the width, and it doesn't fit tight in the top bow, you could probably glue it in.
Actually, mine fit tight, and I glued it in also.
