T-top Seal Replacement

I am getting ready to replace the T-top seals on my late 77. I have the proper seals for the car the premium set from Willcox. Last night I noticed my original seal on the outside part of the seal feels like their is a metal strip internal and my new seal does not have that metal strip. Am I alright with this kit or do i need to send them back and find a differant seal? thanks

Go to the links below and verify which weatherstrips you have on the car. If you have the wrong set, send them back before attempting to install them and we will do an exchange. You’ll need to contact sales for a RA number at 812-288-7103.
